Memorial Day in Idaho

I've had a couple people tell me I need to update my blog, one of them was my husband, that's not good. Well, for Memorial Day Weekend we went up to my parents' in Idaho. I was told later that it rained all weekend back at home so we chose a good time to be away. Saturday we met up with some family at the Idaho Falls Cemetery. Most showed up after my cousin Kelsi's wedding. We spent some time there catching up and then Carson, Rob and I went to the Tauphus Park and Zoo. Rob enjoyed the animals and we let him walk around instead of being confined to the jogger. Sunday was a rain out, rained all day, but that was okay. Monday we met more family at the Blackfoot Cemetery before we headed back home.

Rob wanted to watch the cars go by from a fence.

Rob and daddy rode a little train at the park.

Is it time to go already?

Cousin Jess and this picture is on my Great-Uncle Richard's headstone. It's almost an exact replica of the cabin we love to go to in Island Park. The tree is next to the path too.
